Manpower Minister is 4th to fall ill in two months
MustShareNews has discovered a disturbing phenomenon: PAP politicians are dropping like flies.
2015 has barely gotten its game going; we’ve only just started in March. Yet, four politicians have had issues with their health in this short time period. We wonder what’s going on.
1. Lee Hsien Loong
News of PM Lee’s diagnosis of cancer and his prostate removal surgery were plastered all over mainstream and alternative media. (Well, more so for the mainstream media).
8.641 likes for the very first post.
53k likes for the second post. Must be because his finger looks quite cute.
And 25k likes for news of his successful operation. Looks like cute news beats good news any day.
2. Tan Chuan-Jin
The Manpower Minister had experienced chest discomfort and went to see a doctor about it. He then found out that his discomfort was caused by a buildup of fluid in the space between his lungs and ribcage.
The fluid has since been extracted and sent for testing. Who knows what’s going in Minister Tan’s chest?
Side Note: Check out Minister Tan’s Facebook profile picture.
Chew bak kwa. Chew, chewing, gone. Gone bak kwa.
3. Khaw Boon Wan
Vertigo is “a sensation of whirling and loss of balance, associated particularly with looking down from a great height, or caused by disease affecting the inner ear.” A great height from his ministerial pedestal perhaps?
But Minister Khaw didn’t get the warm outpouring of support that PM Lee and Minister Tan had. On the contrary, he received quite a few hateful comments from netizens instead.
4. Lee Kuan Yew
Let us observe a moment of silence for the man, who is currently lying in the Intensive Care Unit at Singapore General Hospital on life support.
LKY was warded with severe pneumonia on 5th February.
The curse of the PAP
Perhaps these PAP politicians, save for LKY, are falling sick because they’ve simply been working too hard. Such is the necessary curse of the PAP, when you belong to a party that set out its lofty standards with the likes of LKY and PM Lee.
Nonetheless, MustShareNews wishes everyone good health and roaring energy in this year of the Goat. Or is it Sheep?
