Police have arrested a 39-year-old woman for suspected murder on Thursday (15 Jul), Channel NewsAsia (CNA) reports.
The victim, a 51-year-old man, passed away from injuries after being taken to hospital.
In a media release, police said the woman will be charged in court on Friday (16 Jul) for murder.
She is currently warded at the hospital for medical treatment.
Police said that they were alerted to a dispute at around 12.55am on Thursday (15 Jul) at a flat in Block 562 Ang Mo Kio Ave 3.
Police found a man and woman, both with multiple wounds, outside the flat.
Both of them were taken to hospital while conscious, but the man passed away from his injuries there.
Police said that the woman and man knew each other.
The woman is currently warded in hospital for medical treatment.
Police are currently investigating.
She’ll be charged in court with murder tomorrow.
This is the 2nd death reported in 2 days, after a 46-year-old man passed away following a dispute at Block 326A at Sumang Walk in Punggol on Wednesday (14 Jul).
A 43-year-old man was arrested for suspected murder.
Police said they found a man lying motionless outside the flat with multiple stab wounds.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
