On Tuesday (3 Dec), a white car flipped in an accident along Ang Mo Kio Avenue 8 at around 7.10am.
The aftermath of the crash, which left the car upside down, has since made its way onto social media.
Videos shared on Facebook showed the car with its wheels in the air and its body crushed.
The car door appeared severely damaged, and debris was scattered across the road and grass patch nearby.
Several Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) and Singapore Police Force (SPF) personnel were seen tending to the scene.
According to a Facebook post, the car allegedly ran a red light while making a left turn before crashing into a tree, causing it to turn turtle.

Another image on Telegram showed the car flipped back upright, revealing extensive damage to the front, with its headlights and hood destroyed.
In response to queries from MS News, SCDF confirmed it was alerted to the accident at the junction of Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1 and Ang Mo Kio Avenue 8.
One person was taken to Tan Tock Seng Hospital for treatment.
SPF said it received a report of the accident at around 7.05am. It involved a car that was believed to have self-skidded before the crash.
Inside the vehicle, officers found two flick knives, one penknife, a knuckle duster, two e-vaporisers, controlled drugs, and drug paraphernalia.
The car’s 35-year-old male driver, who was conscious when taken to the hospital, was arrested for possession of offensive weapons and suspected drug trafficking.
SPF added that the suspected drug offences have been referred to the Central Narcotics Bureau, while the e-vaporiser-related case has been handed to the Health Sciences Authority.
Investigations are ongoing.
