An Audi driver hit a bus windshield in Hougang in a case of alleged road rage.
The incident reportedly occurred at night on 29 Nov, at the intersection of Upper Serangoon Road and Hougang Avenues 2 and 3.
According to the caption on the Facebook post, the white Audi had blocked the SBS Transit bus service 81 from making a right turn.
Due to this, the bus driver supposedly honked at the car.
The driver then stormed out of his car, marching over to the double-decker bus behind it.
He raised a hand and smacked the windshield loudly.
“Woah,” the person filming exclaimed.
The Audi driver could be heard hitting the windshield a second time as the video ended.
Additionally, the Facebook caption claimed that the driver struck the windshield around four to five times.
The driver then allegedly got back into his car, drove to the junction, and then alighted again to hit the bus one last time, although none of this was captured in the video.
After that, the driver reportedly returned to his car, turned right, and drove off.
MS News has reached out to the police for comments on the incident.
In a separate Facebook post by SG Road Vigilante, a video showed the alleged same white Audi brake-checking a car in a Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE) tunnel.
This incident allegedly took place on 27 Nov.
