Audi driver in Bedok shouts at car with ‘bright brake lights’, allegedly same person that previously slammed bus windshield

Audi driver angered over another car’s brake lights

Last week, an Audi driver attracted attention for slamming a double-decked bus’s windshield after the latter honked him for blocking its way.

This week, the same Audi driver is allegedly once again featured on SG Road Vigilante’s Facebook page after another bout of road rage.

The Audi driver had been travelling on Bedok North Avenue 4, when he halted abruptly, stepped out of his car, and shouted at the camcar behind him for having bright brake lights.

Brake lights hurt his eyes

According to the post’s captions, the Audi was originally behind the camcar driver.

Both vehicles were driving down Bedok North Avenue 4 when the Audi driver allegedly became enraged after finding the camcar’s brake lights to be too bright.

The Audi overtook them and started brake-checking the camcar, eventually coming to a full stop on the second lane.

From the video, the traffic light in their direction had been green when the Audi halted.

The driver then stepped out of the vehicle and walked up to the camcar, shouting and gesturing furiously.

As the video did not have audio, the nature of his shouting was unclear.

However, he was seen pointing between the camcar and himself a few times, before pointing to his own car’s brake lights.

The furious driver then returned to his car and drove off.

Netizens slam Audi driver’s road rage behaviour

Netizens who recognised the Audi driver at this point were exasperated by yet another incident involving his road rage behaviour.

Some joked that his going viral was the reason why his car plate number matched 4D’s third prize on Sunday (1 Dec).

On a more serious note, others called for his license to be revoked due to the hazard he poses.

Besides slamming the bus windows last Friday (29 Nov), he was also seen brake-checking another car on the Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE) last Wednesday (27 Nov).

Altogether, the Audi driver has been recorded in three separate cases of traffic misconduct within a week.

MS News has reached out to the police for comments.
