Chinese New Year is finally upon us, and we are ready to begin our annual binge eating of delicacies like scrumptious pineapple tarts and crispy love letters – but what happens when you run low on supplies?
Whether you need to restock your arsenal of CNY goodies or take a breather from your inquisitive relatives, you will find a warm (or rather, cold) welcome at our local supermarkets, as many of them will be open during the festive period.
To help you out, we’ve compiled a guide to the operating hours of supermarkets over the CNY period.
24 Hours
These FairPrice outlets will be open 24 hours throughout the festive period.
Jan 27 (CNY Eve)

All remaining stores will open till 5pm, except for the 24-hour ones.
Jan 28 (CNY Day 1)

All remaining stores will be closed, except for the 24-hour ones.
Jan 29 (CNY Day 2)
