The city of Busan, South Korea was abuzz after a photo studio owner shared security footage showing a couple having sex inside a photo booth — just moments after a group of teenagers vacated the premises.
According to a JTBC News report on 31 Oct, the photo studio owner received an urgent call from his wife around 9pm regarding the incident, which took place on 13 Oct.
“Hurry, check the camera!” she urged him.
Curious, he accessed the security feed from his phone and saw a couple in their 20s getting frisky inside the booth.
After entering shortly after a group of teens exited, the couple began their session with a round of kisses while posing for the camera.
Once the photos were done printing, things took a more risqué turn as they transitioned to a full-blown intimate encounter, with the woman still clutching the freshly printed pictures.
Despite the booth’s seemingly private setting, it was merely partitioned by a black curtain, leaving the door open for any unsuspecting customers to make an unwelcome entrance at any moment.
The photo studio owner mentioned that displays of affection weren’t unusual in his line of work.
With the studio being a popular spot for couples, it wasn’t uncommon to witness kissing or hugging. However, he felt that having sex crossed a line.
After being alerted to the footage, he quickly called a cab to rush back to his studio. Unfortunately, he barely missed the couple.
Upon reviewing the footage, he noticed that the woman seemed to get spooked.
Fearing they might have been caught, they hurriedly got dressed and dashed out.
The police arrived shortly after to assist with the clean-up.
The owner praised their efforts, noting that they did a thorough job of wiping the booth clean.
He also mentioned that the couple had left quite a mess behind, with body hair, fluids, and tissues scattered throughout the booth.
In the wake of the ordeal, the owner admitted to feeling paranoid, now checking the security cameras every 30 minutes.
“I’m so stressed out; I feel like closing the store,” he confessed.
