A father and son duo in Thailand died after they crashed a motorcycle they were test-riding.
Authorities responded to reports of a crash that occurred around 3pm on Tuesday (26 Nov) in the Thai province of Phayao.
At the scene, emergency personnel discovered the wreckage of a motorcycle along with two bodies. According to Matichon, the motorcycle had hit one of the roadside pillars before skidding and hitting a tree.
The crash left the motorcycle completely wrecked, with debris scattered along the road.
No license plate was found on the motorcycle, reported Khaosod.
The 13-year-old son’s body was found on the road lying in a pool of blood. Meanwhile, the 46-year-old father was found next to the motorcycle in the roadside ditch.
Emergency personnel told reporters that the victims had just bought the motorcycle and were reportedly testing-riding it when the accident occurred.
Police are currently investigating the case to determine the cause of the accident.
