Jollibee, the Filipino fast-food chain, opened its first outlet in Singapore back in 2013, to the delight of fried chicken fans here.
If you’re a Jollibee fan staying in Woodlands or Punggol, you will soon no longer have to travel far and wide for your favourite fast food chain, thanks to their new stores.
Two new Jollibee outlets will be opening soon at Woodlands MRT and Waterway point.
Jollibee’s Waterway Point outlet will be located on the basement 1 level of the heartland mall, next to McDonald’s.
On the other hand, its Woodlands outlet will be in the public area at Woodlands MRT, which was previously occupied by Burger King.
Sites of both their new outlets are currently fenced up with temporary wall posters with cryptic illustrations teasing at their impending opening.

At the time of this article, Jollibee has yet to disclose when their new stores will open.
We’ve reached out to Jollibee Singapore for clarification and will provide an update once we have more information.
Unsurprisingly, news of Jollibee’s new outlets was well received by netizens, many of whom couldn’t wait for the opening of the new stores.
One Redditor even claims that he foresees himself gaining a whopping 5kg with the opening of the new stores.
If you’re a resident of Woodlands or Punggol and are feeling stoked about the new openings, we wouldn’t blame you one bit.
We hope Jollibee will open even more heartland stores in the near future to not only provide variety for Singaporean consumers but to introduce friendly competition to other fast food competitors as well.
