A man was caught on CCTV stealing a neighbour’s bra from a clothing hanger and masturbating with it at 6.45am today (20 Oct).

The video was uploaded on the Facebook group “Penang Butterworth Chat Station”.
According to the caption, the incident occurred in an apartment in Tanjung Bungah, Georgetown, Penang, Malaysia.
In the video, a man in the hallway is seen reaching through safety grills to grab the bra among the undergarments hanging to dry.
He looks around to see if anyone is watching before sniffing it and touching himself.

He even puts the bra into his mouth and then uses it to jack off, keeping on the lookout for observers.
Then, he places the bra back on the hanger and walks further down the hallway to continue masturbating, but sees the CCTV and scrambles.
“Hello sir, if you want to be famous and cool, I will make you famous in the whole Tanjung Tokong,” the OP captioned the post.
She also cautioned women in the area to stay vigilant.
Speaking to MS News, the OP said she has reported the incident to the police.
