Earlier last month, Singaporeans rejoiced collectively when McDonald’s announced that it will be reopening after closing for a month.
On Sunday (7 Jun), the fast-food chain said via a Facebook post that it’ll be extending its opening hours for most outlets until 12am, so we’ll finally be able to have our beloved McSpicy for supper once again.
According to the post, most McDonald’s outlets in Singapore will open from 6-12am as we enter Phase 1 of reopening.
The majority of its restaurants were open from 7am-9pm when it reopened back in mid-May.
That said, customers are still not allowed to dine-in and can only place takeaway and Drive-Thru orders.
Restaurants in parks and tourist attractions will also remain closed.
Customers can also place delivery orders from 7am-11pm via McDelivery, McDonald’s app, or GrabFood.
Delivery orders close at 10.30pm, so remember to place your orders before then.
McDonald’s also announced that McCafé counters will be reopening once again. Its Dessert Kiosks, however, remain closed.
The extension of McDonald’s opening hours will certainly come as great news for those who enjoy having a fiery McSpicy or some savoury McNuggets for supper.
As we open up gradually, let’s hope McDonald’s will resume operating 24/7 in the near future.
