McDonald’s Singapore will ensure that all employees & senior staff affected by store closures will be fairly compensated, reports Channel NewsAsia.

4 known McDonald’s outlets were hit by Covid-19

McDonald’s Singapore previously announced stopping all walk-in takeaway orders in a bid to curb the spread.

At least 5 McDonald’s employees diagnosed with Covid-19 had worked at 4 outlets between 2 and 8 Apr.

  • Forum Galleria – 583 Orchard Road #B1-25, #B1-33 to #B1-35 Forum The Shopping Mall, 238884
  • Geylang East Central – 113 Aljunied Ave 2, #01-01, Singapore 380113

No more Happy Meals, but at least staff will be safe

We’ll be taking a moment to process this information as McDonald’s is more than just another fast food chain to many of us.

Explaining to the kids that there’ll be no more Happy Meals for the next 2 weeks will be tough, but we’re sure that the beloved restaurant is doing their best given the circumstances.

We’ll miss you too McDonald’s. And may all your employees and staff members stay healthy and safe.
