As a kid, we may have been obsessed with the likes of pink cartoon characters in all childlike fandom.
And whether you’re a guy or girl, there’s no escaping this wave. Just look at where the first ever My Melody Run has decided to debut — right here in sunny Singapore.
Now’s your chance to unleash your inner fangirl or fanboy while burning some calories — don’t put off that workout you’ve been procrastinating since 2018 any longer.
The 2019 My Melody Run to be held in Sentosa will be the first in the world for the Sanrio character.
We feel that this is apt, considering the craze Singapore had for the McDonald’s My Melody holders which saw queues start at 3.45am. Stocks for the holder also ran out at an alarming pace that very morning.
Joining the ranks of character-themed runs in Singapore, it seems like My Melody has decided to join its best friend, Hello Kitty, in the healthy lifestyle craze.
In commemoration of My Melody’s birthday, which is today (18 Jan), 5 lucky fans can stand a chance to win a pair of race tickets!
Simply follow these 3 steps:

Here are some of the birthday wishes we think are absolutely melodious.
