If you’re looking to adopt a pet but haven’t found one, your next furkid could be waiting for you at Pets’ Day Out.
Organised by Animal & Veterinary Service, Pets’ Day Out will take place from 9am to 3pm at Hort Park this Saturday (17 Aug).
SPCA and small animal welfare groups, like House Rabbit Society Singapore and Hamster Society Singapore, will be selling their merchandise at the event too.

Pet owners, there are activities for you too.
You can take part in a series of pet-related workshops and retail pet accessories shopping.
There’ll be free health check-ups and dog micro-chipping services too. But we learnt that online sign-ups for these 2 activities are already full.
Though you can walk in at the registration counter to check if any slots are available last minute.
Look out for various fringe activities like photo-taking session with birds, as well as friendly pet games and competitions. You can find out more here.
