Ready-to-BTO couples who absolutely adore the ocean will be tripping over themselves in glee when they hear about the latest Punggol units up for balloting.
That’s because some units will have unhindered and expansive views of the ocean.
The September BTO launch will feature 2,724 units at the northern edge of Punggol – Punggol Point Cove and Punggol Point Crown – and another 649 units in Tampines called Tampines GreenGlen.
Starting off with Punggol Point Cove, the 8 blocks are set right at the edge of the island. Lucky residents on the eastern blocks will have a view of the waters.

New owners who are successful in getting a flat here can expect to move into their new homes between 30 November 2024 to 31 January 2025.
Punggol Point Crown will be located right above Punggol Point Woods. Since it is right beside the jetty, some of the units will have a clear view of the sea between Singapore and JB.
