Spotting a snake crawling on the car while driving can be startling and may cause an accident if the driver panics.
On Sunday (5 Jan), Threads user @tigerchef shared clips of a snake climbing on the exterior of a silver Axia while it was in motion.
“What do you think? Is this snake owned by the Axia driver, or is it a wild snake that happened to fall onto the car?” the OP asked in the caption of the first video.
In the second video, the OP rolled down their window to inform the driver of the snake; in response, the OP said that the driver appeared bewildered but continued driving.
“The driver looked lost and didn’t know what to do, and kept driving,” the OP wrote.
The last video showed the python slithering between the car’s hood and rear, seemingly staying on the moving vehicle for a while.

The OP noted that the reptile looked like it was trying to jump onto the bush on the roadside.
According to the post, the incident occurred on Kuala Lumpur Middle Ring Road 2, with the Axia heading towards Ampang.
After the clips were posted, some netizens commented about the potential danger of the snake jumping onto nearby motorcyclists.
One user imagined a frightening situation where the snake might leap onto a passing motorcyclist.
