Animal lovers, rally to SPCA — they’ve just rolled out a new initiative to encourage donations for charity.
Introducing their newly released SPCA EZ-Link cards, where you can help animals under SPCA’s care and contribute to their welfare programmes.
On Tuesday (20 Aug), SPCA posted on Facebook a preview of the EZ-Link cards available in 2 designs — a doggo, and a cat.
We think they’d make the perfect emblem to show you’re an animal lover.
Let’s have a closer look at the EZ-Link card designs. Their accompanying messages are heartwarming, and punny too.
Those who are into feline friends, SPCA’s “Cats are furever” card may be the EZ-Link card you need.
As for dog lovers, “All you need is a dog” is just the right quote on a card, that encapsulates the wholesomeness of having man’s best friend as a pet.
They’re available in limited quantities, priced at $16 each. Do note there’s no stored credits.
A representative from SPCA tells MS News that 20% of proceeds – after deducting the cost of production – will go towards helping animals under their care.
They add,
The money supports our animal welfare services including our 24/7 emergency animal rescue, cruelty and welfare investigations, and shelter.
Animal welfare is more than just shelter work, explains the representative.
Currently, the cards are available for purchasing only at the SPCA office in Choa Chu Kang. You’re welcomed to visit any time between 8am to 5pm, from Mondays to Fridays.
