S’pore Residents Can Check Delivery Slots At 4 Supermarket Chains With Your Postal Code

Website & Telegram Channel Check For Available Supermarket Delivery Slots

We all know the struggle of trying to book a slot to have your groceries delivered — it’s nearly impossible.

We’ve personally spent an entire day refreshing RedMart app, waiting for a slot, just to give up and head to the supermarket instead.

This Singaporean software developer, Dyllon, recognised this issue, and created a website to make things a little easier.

Website lets you check supermarket delivery slots

The website’s called Supermarket Tracker, and helps you check whether supermarkets are available to deliver to you.

All you have to do is key in your postal code to check which supermarkets have delivery slots available at the moment.

The website has NTUC Fairprice, Cold Storage, Sheng Shiong and Giant connected, but you’ll still need to check out RedMart directly for delivery slots.

Dyllon mentioned that they’re currently working on getting RedMart updates too, and they’ll be added to the website shortly.

You can check out the site here.

Telegram channel for RedMart & NTUC Fairprice updates

In the comments under the Supermarket Tracker Reddit post, another Redditor shared that they’d created a similar concept, but on the messaging platform Telegram.

The channel updates you about RedMart and NTUC Fairprice delivery slots, from Choa Chu Kang to Yishun. It’s based on the first 2 digits of your postal code, too.

FairPrice updates Telegram channel: https://t.me/fpdsm
According to the creator, RedMart delivery timings tend to go faster than NTUC Fairprice ones, so keep your notifications on if you want to snag a slot.

Making deliveries more accessible for others

We think it’s great that these netizens have put in the hours to make grocery shopping from home easier and less frustrating for Singaporeans.
This really is a commendable effort, and we’ll definitely be putting both of these resources to good use.
