Colleagues on leave of absence, work from home

Employees who came into close contact with the patient are now on Leave of Absence until next week.

Other UOB staff from the affected floor will be working from home as well.

Meanwhile, UOB is conducting a thorough deep cleaning and disinfection of the entire floor and common areas of UOB Plaza 2, in accordance with MOH’s and the National Environment Agency’s (NEA’s) guidelines.

Precautionary measures also in place at all other venues

To prevent further infection, UOB will continue to conduct temperature screening.

Hand sanitisers have been placed in every branch, and on all floors in every building, with more frequent cleaning and sanitisation of premises.

All customer-facing employees are also required to wear face masks.

Practise good personal hygiene

With Covid-19 running rampant all over the world, MS News would like to remind everyone to practise good personal hygiene.

No one is immune to it, so we have to be socially responsible. Stay home if you are unwell.
