On Tuesday (19 Nov) at about 4.20 pm, a Volkswagen car was seen flipping onto its side after an accident along Waterloo Street.
Footage of the incident uploaded to Facebook showed the white car driving into what looked to be a parked vehicle before it flipped to its right three times.
It narrowly missed an oncoming car in the opposite lane.
The Volkswagen then came to rest on its left side as a puff of debris filled the air.
Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) personnel could later be seen at the accident site.
A woman was also seen standing beside the personnel and inspecting the vehicle.
In a statement to MS News, SCDF confirmed that it was alerted to the road traffic accident along Waterloo Street.
They subsequently assessed one person for minor injuries.
However, the person declined to be sent to the hospital.
