Starbucks White Rabbit Frappuccino Trends In Canada; You Can Try The Secret Recipe In S’pore

Starbucks White Rabbit Frappucino Trends In Canada & USA

White Rabbit Candy — the sticky sweet condensed milk treat wrapped in rice paper your mother used to buy by the bag from the mama shop at your HDB flat’s void deck.

For some strange reason, the candy is seeing a resurgence in popularity both the US and Canada, after ice cream based on the nostalgic candy by Wanderlust Creamery went viral on social media.

Now, thanks to a creative Starbucks barista named Christy based in Toronto, the White Rabbit Candy Frappuccino has been born. Along with a slew of other uniquely South-East Asian flavours.

We’re talking BBT sans pearls and actual Thai Milk Tea. Intrigued? Let’s take a closer look at how to achieve these secret flavours, at a Starbucks near you.

1. White Rabbit Candy Frappuccino

According to Christy, you’ll need these ingredients to customise your very own White Rabbit Candy Frappuccino:

Tall / Grande Cup

  • Syrup Cream Frappuccino
  • 2 x Brown Butter Shortbread Syrup Pumps
  • Whipped Cream Topping

Venti Cup

  • Syrup Cream Frappuccino
  • 3 x Brown Butter Shortbread Syrup Pumps
  • Whipped Cream Topping

When Christmas comes around, we expect that Toffee Nut Syrup could be a good replacement to the Shortbread variation Starbucks Canada has. So do bookmark this secret recipe for future reference.

Alternatively, try Vanilla syrup with a hint of Cinnamon powder if you can’t wait till Christmas. Here’s our take on a local version of a White Rabbit Frap.

2. Milk Tea (BBT)
