Singaporeans have seen our fair share of pretty skies this year, from pastel sunsets to gorgeous clouds, and even aurora clouds.
On Monday (24 Jun) evening, Singaporeans were once again treated to a spectacular sight — a crimson sunset sky.
Ang Mo Kio residents witnessed a gorgeous sunset with a bright orange hue from the setting Sun.
Over at a Sembawang condo, the swimming pools had a pretty pink backdrop that also ‘coloured’ the water pink.
The majestic phenomenon was seen as far east as this public housing estate in Hougang.
The beautiful sunset coincidentally fell on a Monday and helped to chase away many of our Monday blues.
The crimson sunset was equally, if not more gorgeous from the plane, as captured by this lucky passenger who was landing in Singapore.

It is not every day that we get to see such beautiful skies, but when it happens, they never fail to take your breaths away.
Perhaps this will inspire you to look up from your phones and gaze at the sky once in a while to admire Mother Nature’s grandeur.
