However, as the camcar approaches the zebra crossing, another cyclist, seemingly the OP, rides across without appearing to check for oncoming traffic.

This results in the cyclist being hit by the camcar, at which point the clip ends.

The incident sparked discussion online, with many netizens commenting on the importance of slowing down before crossing the road, even at zebra crossings.
Most users agreed that both the cyclist and the driver were at fault.
One netizen said that the OP should have slowed down and looked for oncoming vehicles, while others highlighted the driver’s responsibility to be more cautious around cyclists.
