A cyclist riding an Anywheel bicycle got distracted by his phone while riding along a road in Serangoon on 6 May.
As a result, he ended up rear-ending a car, and getting flung off his bike.
However, instead of stopping or leaving his details, the man quickly got back on the bicycle and rode off.
Footage of the incident was captured by the car’s dashcam camera, and subsequently posted onto the SGRV Admin Facebook page where it has since gone viral, garnering more than 100,000 views and 500 reactions at the time of writing.
In the video, a man donning a black t-shirt can be seen approaching the back of the car at speed while riding an Anywheel bicycle.
He appears to be distracted and preoccupied with his phone while riding.

As such, he is unaware of a car parked along the side of the road, and rear-ends it.

This causes the man to be flung off his bike, while his bag is strewn across the road.
According to the caption of the post, the incident occurred along Chuan Garden Rd at around 7.13pm.
After the crash, the man can be seen dusting himself down, before proceeding to check on the contents in his bag.

Upon doing so, he steadies himself and gets back on the bicycle to continue his journey.

According to the Original Poster (OP), the car some suffered damage.
However, the extent of the damage was not shown.
Many netizens were critical of the cyclist, who they deemed irresponsible.
A netizen urged the driver to report the matter to the police.

Users also pointed out that Anywheel data could likely be used to track down the rider.
