He reported onset of symptoms on 21 Feb, and had sought treatment at 2 places:

  • A general practitioner (GP) clinic on 25 Feb
  • Pioneer Polyclinic on 28 Feb.

Since he was identified as a close contact of Case 93, he was referred by MOH to NCID yesterday (28 Feb) and immediately isolated. He tested positive for Covid-19 the same afternoon.

Before being admitted, he mostly stayed at his home at Jurong West Street 81.

Case 100 stays at Holland Avenue

Case 100 is a 20-year-old male Malaysian, who hasn’t travelled to China, Daegu and Cheongdo recently. He is also warded at NCID.

He reported onset of symptoms on 27 February and had sought treatment at a GP clinic on 28 Feb.

As he had been identified as a close contact of Case 93, he was referred by MOH to NCID yesterday (28 Feb) and immediately isolated. As with Case 99, he tested positive for Covid-19.

Before his hospital admission, he mostly stayed at his home at Holland Avenue.

She is Case 101’s foreign domestic worker. She was confirmed with Covid-19 on 29 Feb morning and is currently warded in an isolation room at NTFGH.

3 more discharged from hospital

Thankfully, the trend of recoveries remain healthy, as 3 more have fully recovered and have been discharged from the hospital.

This means that we now have 72 recoveries.

Meanwhile, 30 confirmed cases remain in the hospital, most are in stable or improving condition. 7 are still in critical condition in ICU.

Today’s cases are slightly different, as they comprise 2 Singaporean, 1 Malaysian, and 1 Filipino. We hope that they’ll recover as soon as possible, as with the rest of the confirmed cases under the care of healthcare workers.
