In Hubei, China, a ginger kitten was discovered on the brink of death due to the extreme cold.
Fortunately, a compassionate young girl found the small feline and used a hair dryer to help save its life.
A video shared on Douyin shows the girl blowing warm air onto the motionless kitten, which is lying on a table.
As she desperately tries to revive the cat, her tears reflect her deep compassion for the fragile animal.
After the video was posted, many netizens expressed concern, asking for an update on the kitten’s condition.
The girl’s father later shared two follow-up videos, and fortunately, they bring good news.
In the first, the kitten is seen regaining strength and walking after being revived.
“After two hours of persistence and effort, the kitten finally came back to life,” the post reads.
The second video shows the kitten drinking milk while wearing a homemade sweater crafted by the family.
Many netizens praised the family for their kindness, while some offered advice on caring for the kitten.
One user, moved by the girl’s compassion, created a drawing of her gently blowing warm air on the kitten.
Another commented that the girl’s kind heart would lead her to do great things as she grows up.
Several netizens advised the family against feeding the kitten cow’s milk, as it could cause diarrhoea, and suggested goat’s milk instead.
Additionally, one user pointed out that cats don’t need clothes because they clean themselves by licking their fur.
Instead, they recommended making the kitten’s bed thicker and warmer.
