On Wednesday (18 Dec), Ms Lee showed a different side of her by sharing a wedding photo taken decades ago to commemorate her wedding anniversary,
Her Facebook post was a hit among netizens, with many in awe of how chio she looked back in her prime.
In the photo, a younger and more radiant Ms Lee can be seen donning a wedding gown with her hair neatly tuck underneath a matching veil.
Her husband, Mr Soh Chee Hiang, was seated next to her in a neat grey suit.
To commemorate their wedding anniversary, Dr Lee thanked her husband for supporting everything she did and keeping true to his word made decades ago.

While the ‘conditions’ might make some turn heads, Mr Soh accepted her for who she is and continued to do so through the years as a married couple.
The pair now has a daughter and a son, both in their 20s.

Many also congratulated the pair for maintaining the relationship throughout the years.

Despite having aged over the years, Ms Lee’s spirit and determination in fighting for the marginalised are admirable qualities that will certainly stand the test of time.
