Pool and billiard fans staying in western Singapore will certainly be familiar with West Coast Billiard Saloon, located at the West Coast Recreation Centre.
After 27 years, the popular billiard hall will be moving to a new location. The new outlet is slated to open in Dec 2019.
According to pictures on the billiard saloon’s Facebook page, the tearing down process started around 17 Nov.
The snooker tables have already been dismantled, leaving behind bare table legs.
Starting mid-December, the billiard saloon will be moving to Westway, which is just a stone’s throw away from Haw Par Villa MRT.
West Coast Billiard Saloon is known for its sprawling layout, and that will likely be retained at its new outlet, given the scale of the building.
Folks from the billiard saloon have yet to disclose the exact date of opening as well as their opening hours.
