Police believe that the assailant acted alone and that his motive is not terrorism.
The RSAF Facebook page thanked both the rescue personnel and the SGH team.
Videos of the incident were captured by another passenger.
Both have been closed from 8 to 21 November.
Some devotees drank the supposed sacred water while others sprinkled it on their heads.
"Saying goodbye was not an easy decision," said its co-owners.
The restaurant is listed in the Michelin Guide for its "unmissable" double-boiled soups and dim sum.
"I was glad to see many visitors old and young at Bird Paradise," he said.
The attacker is a 37-year-old Singaporean Sinhalese.
The other passengers managed to escape the bus unharmed.
