On 8 Oct, a driver narrowly avoided a collision on the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) after a BMW driver suddenly changed lane.
The driver behind the BMW managed to react quickly to the BMW driver’s sudden movement and prevented an accident.
In a video by SGRV Admin on Facebook, the camcar was driving along the PIE at around 7.21am near exit 6.
On the far left, a white BMW was travelling in the first lane before subsequently moving into the second lane.

The camcar, which appeared to be travelling at speed, almost rear-ended the white BMW.
The camcar driver managed to brake in time, bringing the vehicle to a stop and allowing the white BMW to change lanes safely.
