When I grow up,
I wanna be famous.
I wanna be a star
I wanna be in movies.
These little tots are already famous before they even know how to spell the word. Instagram-famous, these Singaporean babies have fans that span beyond our shores. The world is their playground. And while they don’t know how to dress themselves yet, they know exactly how to make a statement. These are the babies who in all likelihood are more famous than you and me, put together.
Better known as Dash, this cutie pie’s famous mother is Singaporean celebrity blogger Wendy Cheng, more popularly known as Xiaxue. During his 1st birthday in 2014, fans queued for over three hours at Millenia Walk for a pre-party meet-and-greet session with the tiny star, all for a photo with the biscuit-wielding star.
Celebrity chubs Zed is the baby of Fann Wong and Christopher Lee, aka his good goods are guaranteed. No wonder Zed was the talk of the town even before he was born. Fann Wong returned to work after her childbirth but the first-time mother once told media that her priorities have changed. “I only wish to get the award for Best Mummy,” she said. Awwwwwww.
Elroy, the cute little pumpkin is Singaporean blogger Tammy Tay‘s son. Tammy Tay was the blogger who recorded and uploaded her birth video on YouTube as part of a series called ‘Bump to Mum’ in 2014.
Guess Elroy’s life has pretty much been in front of the camera since the moment he was born.
Angel-face Meredith Tan is the baby of blogger Qiu Qiu and she has her own Instagram page with 28.4k followers. Who else wouldn’t be so gleeful with that many followers?
This cutie pie might not have her own Instagram profile yet, but she sure knows how to flaunt it on her mommy’s profile. Daughter of popular blogger Nira, little Terena takes after her mother’s beauty. Nira is a beauty and lifestyle blogger and Lasalle graduate. She has also graced the cover page of various magazines covers like Maxim. It’s only a matter of time before Terena grows into her mother’s impeccably fashionable shoes.
This cutie-pie is the pride of Tjin Lee and John Lim. Mommy Tjin is Mercury Marketing & Communications’ managing director and organiser of Audi Fashion Festival Singapore while daddy John works as an operations manager at a commodities firm. Little Bubu helps out by being a full-time bouncing ball of happiness.
Aden Chen is the bundle of joy belonging to MediaCorp heartthrob Andie Chen and Taiwan-born local actress Kate Pang. In June 2014, the couple decided to give birth at their home in Taipei with the help of 2 nurses and no epidural. The natural birth caused some stir but the couple went for it anyway.
Andie was filming in Ipoh when he received a call from his wife, flew to be by her side and arrived just in time to film and welcome little Aden.
Since then, Aden’s precious moments have been well documented on his own Instagram account. This little kiddo is destined for the limelight.
Little Aaryanna Ang has flooded her blogger mother Angeline Yeh’s Instagram with her irresistably chubby cheeks. This mother-daughter duo has captured hearts across Instagram and Angeline’s blog where she writes about beauty, lifestyle and a good dose of Aaryanna’s antics. We figure Aaryanna might also have a part to play in helping her mother get back that gorgeous physique so fast after her birth. But hey for whatever reason, you wish to see less of the youthful looking mommy and more of Aaryanna, the little princess even has her own Facebook page.
Just a matter of time before these babies become as famous as their babe mothers.
