A man allegedly shot dead his ex-girlfriend and another man inside a temple compound in Ayutthaya after stalking the woman from her workplace.
The shooting happened at around 9pm on Monday (7 Sept) at Wat Sai Ngam in Sena Subdistrict, Uthai District.
Police officers and rescue workers were sent to the scene, where they found a bronze pickup truck with multiple bullet holes.

Inside the driver’s seat, officers found Anek Promwat (name transliterated from Thai), 44, dead from a gunshot wound to his head.
His former partner, Supawinee Nakkrong (name transliterated from Thai), 44, was found critically injured near the passenger door with gunshot wounds to her face and body.
She was taken to Uthai Thani Hospital but later died from her injuries, bringing the death toll to two.
Police said Ms Supawinee had arrived at the temple on a company shuttle bus after finishing work at a factory in Wang Noi District.
As she walked towards the pickup truck where Mr Anek was waiting, another vehicle allegedly arrived and blocked their path.

The suspect, identified as Natthawut “X” Tarasi (name transliterated from Thai), 40, allegedly got out of the vehicle and opened fire at Ms Supawinee before shooting Mr Anek inside the truck.
They also said Natthawut took photos of the victims after the shooting and sent them to Ms Supawinee’s relatives.
Natthawut reportedly surrendered at Sao Hai Police Station in Saraburi Province at around 10.17pm, shortly after the shooting.
Police later took him to Uthai Police Station for questioning and charged him in connection with the killings.

Police said forensic officers collected evidence from the suspect, including fingerprints, DNA samples and gunshot residue tests.
The suspect reportedly told police that he discarded the firearm along his escape route, prompting a search for the weapon.
The suspect’s aunt told officers that Natthawut and Ms Supawinee had been together for more than 10 years, and had two children together before recently separating.
She said Natthawut shocked her when he arrived at her home and admitted to shooting his former partner and another man. His aunt then urged him to surrender to authorities.
The police are continuing investigations and have sent both victims’ bodies for autopsies at the Institute of Forensic Science in Pathum Thani.
