A man driving a newly registered Mercedes-Benz allegedly rammed into multiple vehicles in Bangkok after a relationship dispute left him unable to control his emotions.
The incident took place along Sriwara Road in Wang Thonglang district at around 5pm on 29 June.
A total of eight vehicles were damaged, while two people sustained minor injuries.
Videos circulating online show a grey Mercedes-Benz coupe with temporary red licence plates hitting a silver SUV from behind along Sriwara Road.

After the first collision, the SUV driver exited his vehicle to check on the Mercedes.
However, the Mercedes then moved forward again and struck the SUV from the rear, prompting the SUV driver to hurry back into his car.
The Mercedes continued pushing the SUV until it turned sideways across the road.

The Mercedes was later seen moving through traffic and hitting several other vehicles, causing panic among people in the area.
A 36-year-old motorcycle delivery rider who witnessed the incident said he was waiting for a food delivery order when he heard a series of loud crashes from further up the road.
When he looked over, he saw the Mercedes continuing forward without stopping and colliding with more vehicles.

According to reports, two occupants in one of the rear-ended vehicles suffered minor injuries and were taken to hospital.
In total, eight vehicles were damaged in the incident.
Traffic police initially suspected that the driver may have been intoxicated.
However, officers did not detect any smell of alcohol, and preliminary breathalyser and drug tests found no alcohol or illegal substances in his system.

The delivery rider said he later approached the driver, who appeared visibly shaken, trembling, and crying.
The driver allegedly told him that he had just argued with his partner and received a call ending their relationship.
He claimed the situation caused him to become overwhelmed and lose control of his emotions before the collisions happened.
Police took the driver, along with the affected parties, to Wang Thonglang Police Station for questioning.
Investigators said the driver admitted that he had been emotionally overwhelmed after the relationship dispute and was unable to control himself at the time of the incident.
Police have since charged him with reckless driving causing injury and property damage.
They are continuing to gather statements from witnesses and victims, as well as other evidence, before proceeding with the case.
The driver has reportedly expressed willingness to compensate all affected vehicle owners.
