The Land Transport Authority (LTA) has seized a personal mobility device (PMD) that was allegedly ridden at high speed through the Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE) tunnel on 13 July.
Footage shared by SGRV ADMIN showed two people riding the PMD without helmets. The device also appeared to have no licence plate.

According to the post, the PMD was travelling at more than 80kmh, which allegedly triggered an automatic speed camera in the tunnel.
The riders were also believed to have continued along the expressway before taking an exit towards Changi Airport.
In a Facebook post on Thursday (13 Aug), LTA said the device involved in the incident was seized within three days.
