Razer & Zouk Team Up To Bring Club Livestream To Chiongsters At Home, Rave Starts On 27 Mar

Razer & Zouk Group Partnership To Set Up Livestream For Ravers Amid Club Closures

Many drastic measures have been taken to curb the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic in Singapore — the most recent being the temporary shutdown of entertainment outlets such as clubs.

But ravers and chiongsters need not fret — there’s still life after the farewell parties are over.

Razer and Zouk have teamed up in a fantastic partnership that allows party-goers to safely keep their groove on amid this outbreak.

The stream will be on Bigo Live at 27 Mar, and it’ll bring Zouk right to your home.

Razer & Bigo Live to stream Zouk DJ sets

Amid worldwide travel bans and restrictions, clubs and bands everywhere have begun live streaming to their audiences on various platforms.

Razer, Zouk Group and Bigo Live are linking up to bring closed-door DJ sets at Zouk to clubbers at home on Friday (27 Mar), Razer announced on their website.

The set will be streamed live online, while party-goers can still interact with DJs via the chat, and even use Bigo Live’s virtual gift-sending functions.

So you can make requests and have a good time, all from the comfort of your bedroom or living room.

You can join in by downloading the Bigo Live app on Android or iOS, and following Razer there.

Turning a negative experience into something positive

Zouk Group chief executive Andrew Li said:

With many countries on lockdown, we hope to be able to reach out to people through music, technology and social interaction on the virtual sphere.

On top of that, they’ll donate a portion of the earnings from the stream to the Singapore Government to help the fight against Covid-19. Truly a unique take on Majulah Singapura.

Indeed, even in these dark times, it’s great to see people bringing joy to all through virtual means as everyone isolates themselves at home.

Kudos to Zouk Group, Razer and Bigo Live! for their innovative partnership in safely bringing joy to clubbers here in Singapore.
