STB Uses Cats To Promote Singapore, And Netizens Love It

STB recent video about local cats is just purrfect

Your Singapore, an official Singapore Tourism Board (STB) site, has hopped onto the bandwagon of the cat craze by producing a video showing cats from different parts of Singapore.

And so far, everyone is going “Awww” over the cuteness overload.

Cause cats obviously rule the internet.

Smart move. STB.

In the 2 minute video, “narrator” Didi from Tiong Bahru gives viewers a description of his feline friends from Toa Payoh to Gardens By the Bay. Didi tells us about an audition in which every cat is going to.

We never knew that Singapore’s cats can speak with a Singaporean accent. Or sound like Chua Enlai.

The cats featured come in all kinds of patterns, from Didi who appears to be of a Siamese mix, to Lucky, a majestic Persian.

The video subtly introduces different tourist spots in Singapore and was well received by netizens.

Netizens comments and reactions

Most netizens swooned over the feisty little felines, and some even wanted to visit them in order to catch a glimpse of our cat stars.

Check out STB’s equally cute replies to them.

What more can we say? This video IS the best thing ever.

Other than being a big cat lion city, Singapore seems to have quite the number of feline-lovers.

Looks like STB has got advertising right this time.

Well, but purr-lease go easy of the cat puns.

Right Meow.
