As an ode to the drink that’s literally era-defining, some artistic folks have now invented bubble tea merch for you to display your pearl pride.

Bubble tea famously hit a rough patch in the early 2000s, with multiple entrants entering the market only to fizzle out soon after.
But Singaporeans’ collective love for the chewy tapioca balls (aka “pearls”) and flavoured tea apparently never went away.
After a 5-year hiatus, the BBT craze seems to be taking Singapore by storm once again with new outlets springing up at every turn.
We can’t wait to see how it will be reinvented next!
