Defer non-essential travels

In the meantime, MOH continues to ask Singaporeans to defer any non-essential travels.

Earlier in a press conference, National Development Minister Lawrence Wong said majority of today’s new imported Covid-19 cases are Singaporeans, permanent residents and long-term pass holders, who have been overseas and come back.

Straits Times reports that if there are those who still insist on travelling, they will need to take their own leave, should they be required to serve Stay-Home Notice for 14 days after returning.
