The Ministry of Health (MOH) announced that as of 12pm on Wednesday (10 Jun), there are 451 new Covid-19 cases in Singapore.
This takes the total number of cases to 38,965. While we’re close to the 40,000 mark, recent days saw a slowdown.
Of these, 7 cases are in the community. This includes 3 Singaporeans/PRs.
The death toll stands at 25.
While yesterday saw a low of 218 cases, the numbers jumped back up today.
In no way are we out of the woods yet despite the low community cases, and Minister Lawrence Wong’s speech reiterates the fact that Covid-19 will be with us for a while.
Therefore, we have to remain disciplined and things won’t get back to normal, at least for the time being.
