Woman sees man allegedly pleasuring himself next to her, nabs him with colleague

A man was arrested last Saturday (15 Aug) afternoon when a woman caught him in the bold act of allegedly masturbating next to her.

In an Instagram post on the same day, a user named Cheryl said she and a female colleague nabbed the man by themselves.

Man stands next to woman, allegedly seen pleasuring himself

According to the post, Cheryl was smoking while leaning on a fence outside her office when a man stood beside her.

When she saw him “shaking his shirt”, she thought he was hot and trying to cool down.

But she later realised that he was allegedly masturbating and shouted at him. Despite this, he continued “shaking”, she alleged.

She then took a photo of him to make a police report.

When he left, she continued shouting, saying she would call the police.

Man claims he was drunk after being nabbed

Later, Cheryl told her colleague about the incident after she had calmed down.

But after she thought about her daughters, she became angry again and tried to look for him, but could not find him.

After she finished work, she looked for him again and found him crossing an overhead bridge to Hong Lim Market.

She called her colleague and the police, and grabbed the man by the collar.

This prompted him to apologise and claim that he was drunk, but this did not placate her, she said, describing it as merely an “excuse”.

Man allegedly made sexual remarks & stared at her body

The repulsive encounter did not end there, Cheryl said.

While she was scolding the man “so bad” with all the vulgarities she knew, he did not show remorse, she added.

Instead, he allegedly said her kacheng (butt) was “so nice” and stared at her body.

When her colleague came, they held him down in a sitting position but he continued staring at them, she claimed. He also allegedly threatened to beat them up.

While the two women were holding him down, some people came over to ask what had happened, but nobody helped them, Cheryl said.

All the while, the man was scolding them, including using vulgarities, she alleged, adding:

I don’t care if he was drunk or has a mental illness. Whatever the reason, what he did was wrong.
