As a precaution, the tenant has been on split operation since 11 February and fewer employees have been in the building too.

In addition, the management is “operating at the highest level of precautionary measures”.

Apart from temperature screening of those entering buildings, they also have:

  • High cleaning frequency of common areas, lift lobbies, lift cars and toilets
  • Restricted access to the building for high risk individuals
  • Hand sanitisers placed at all lift zones
  • Daily airing of the building.

Staff were also reminded that the management’s building operations team will assist to “discreetly escort the affected member” to a designated isolation room.

Wishing the staff a quick recovery

MS News wishes the staff a speedy recovery from the virus and hopefully the infection hasn’t spread.

Those who work at or visit the office area need not worry for it has been cleaned and disinfected, especially those who visited after 10 Feb.

Regardless, it’s always a good practice to wash your hands frequently, especially after visiting common areas. See a doctor at a clinic if you’re feeling unwell.
