While collecting is a hobby that not everyone understands, certain collections can fetch a sizeable fortune when sold to the right enthusiasts.
Last year, Damiral Imran, a collector from Penang, Malaysia, made headlines after selling a complete set of Pokémon cards for RM1.87 million (around S$605,000).
On 1 May, he posted on Facebook that he is now selling part of his personal Pokémon card collection for RM4,444,444 (around S$1.4 million).
