Bus commuters near Serangoon Gardens were left stranded after multiple buses became stuck in a heavy jam near the roundabout on 3 May.

According to a TikTok video shared by user @darrenjosiahx, the disruption may have been linked to a personal mobility device (PMD).

However, the Original Poster (OP) mentioned in the comments that the disruption was “related to a PMD” or personal mobility device.

In a separate comment, the OP also said that they “saw a PMD got stuck”.

Some netizens say this is common occurrence

The incident sparked discussion online, with some netizens speculating that a broken-down bus may have caused the congestion instead.

One TikTok user felt that the roads in the area were simply too narrow and suggested that the infrastructure should be expanded or modified to better handle traffic flow.
