Netizen sees pair of legs sticking out of texting recycling bin at an HDB void deck in West Coast

A netizen spotted a pair of legs sticking out of a textile recycling bin at an HDB void deck in West Coast.

The Original Poster (OP) and netizens were left amused and confused by the puzzling scene, with some even questioning whether the figure in the bin was a man or a “ghost”.

Just a pair of legs in a bin

In a video on Singapore Incidents’ Facebook page last Sunday (4 Sep), the OP strolls around an HDB block in West Coast before spotting a pair of legs mysteriously poking out of a recycling bin.

The person in the bin wears jeans and slippers, with most of their body hidden inside.

As the video zooms in closer, the slippers appear to dangle precariously, threatening to fall off as the figure’s legs twitch.

Some speculated that the figure might not be a different being altogether.

A few others didn’t consider that possibility and instead criticised the person for allegedly “stealing” from the bin.
