A second TikTok video uploaded on the same account showed slight congestion forming some 10 minutes later.
As one of the cars was in the middle of the junction, it blocked one of the lanes of Tampines Street 85, forcing motorists turning right to Tampines Avenue 8 to turn from the left lane.

A bottleneck also formed along Tampines Avenue 8, where traffic including a bus could only proceed straight via one lane.

As the filter lane was also blocked by accident vehicles, motorists turning left into Tampines Street 85 had to use the main road.
