Another photo depicted a man lying motionless on the road next to the divider.
A woman who appeared to be a paramedic attended to him, with a stretcher nearby.
Behind the stretcher was a man wearing a pair of sunglasses on his forehead.

In response to queries from MS News, the Singapore Police Force (SPF) said it was alerted to the accident at about 6.45am on 11 Aug.
It took place along Grange Road in the direction of Orchard Link, and involved a car and a pedestrian.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF), which was alerted at the same time, told MS News that it happened at the junction of Grange Road and Paterson Road.
A 79-year-old male pedestrian was sent to the hospital in an unconscious state, SPF noted. SCDF conveyed him to Singapore General Hospital.
However, he subsequently passed away there.
Additionally, a 46-year-old male car driver has been arrested for driving without due care and attention causing death.
Police investigations are ongoing.
