Ryan Tan’s Lavish Bachelor Pad Penthouse On Sale For S$2M
We all remember Night Owl Cinematics co-founder Ryan Tan’s lavish bachelor pad, right? Following his divorce in 2020, he famously spent S$200,000 to renovate the condominium penthouse he co-owned with his ex-wife.
Now, he has apparently put up the lavish unit for sale — for a whopping S$2.08 million.
On Tuesday (25 Apr), a video surfaced on the PropertyLimBrothers YouTube channel showcasing the house for sale.
Asking price for Floraville penthouse starts at S$2,080,000
The unit is a 1,410 square feet duplex penthouse at the Floraville condominium complex in Yio Chu Kang. Its asking price is S$2,080,000.
In the roughly 20-minute long house tour, Melvin Lim, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PropertyLimBrothers, took viewers through the amenities of the condo and the penthouse unit.
While he touted the unit as a bachelor pad, Lim added that the house can also be a cosy home for couples, or even a “retirement home”.
The sleek unit is reportedly one of only three other four-bedder penthouses in Floraville. This is out of a total 14 penthouses in that complex.
Renovation costs included in asking price
Originally, there were three bedrooms on the first floor of the unit and one master bedroom on the second floor. Currently, only the master bedroom and one of the common rooms are still intact.
That being said, Lim highlighted that it is still possible to reinstate the other rooms on the first floor.
While the house is going for a rather high price, part of that consists of renovation costs. As the renovations were completed less than two years ago, the penthouse is ready for the buyer to move in without much extra work or funds.
The two levels in the unit also mean that potential buyers can turn it into a dual-key penthouse. They can rent out one floor and live on the other if they wish to.
Other highlights of the unit are its “instagrammable” balconies and roof terrace. The house is also water- and pet-proof, as has full vinyl flooring throughout.
It also boasts a functional kitchen as well as a master bedroom that has enough space for a king-sized bed.
Netizens recognise listing as penthouse owned by Ryan Tan
While the comments section for the YouTube video is disabled, PropertyLimBrothers cross-posted a shorter version of the house tour on their TikTok.

The YouTube or TikTok posts never revealed that the house belongs to Ryan Tan. But, several commenters on TikTok seem to recognise the unit as the one he lives in.
One even pointed out that it might be easier to sell the house if PropertyLimBrothers disclosed that the house currently belongs to the YouTube entrepreneur.
Well, if you happen to be looking for a new home — and have S$2 million to spare — you can check out the unit’s full listing on the PropertyLimBrother’s website.
