The post stated that officers directed the man to the baggage screening area.
When asked whether he had anything to declare, the man only said he had two pieces of trading cards.
However, officers observed anomalies in one of his bags during the screening.

ICA reminds travellers to declare items
ICA said it has referred the case to Singapore Customs for further investigation.
It reminded travellers to declare and pay duty and/or Goods and Services Tax (GST) on newly acquired items that exceed the duty-free concession and GST import relief.
Those who are unsure can declare their items at the Red Channel or at the Singapore Customs Tax Payment office.
The agency added that it remains committed to keeping Singapore’s borders safe while facilitating trade and travel.
