A second employee from the Housing & Development Board’s (HDB) Bukit Merah service office has tested positive for Covid-19, announced HDB on Facebook on 2 Apr.

In light of the employee testing positive, the branch will be closed from 2 Apr until further notice.

According to HDB’s Facebook post, this is the second branch employee to test positive for Covid-19.

Details of when the employee last worked at the branch, or when they tested positive are unknown.

HDB assured the public that contact tracing is currently underway.
