‘My first time appearing on one’: Gan Kim Yong impressed by quality of latte art at café in Punggol

Gan Kim Yong receives first latte art of himself in Punggol Coast café, gives thumbs-up

Deputy Prime Minister (DPM) Gan Kim Yong stopped by a Punggol café on Saturday (29 Aug) afternoon to enjoy a cup of coffee.

And it wasn’t your regular run-of-the-mill latte art either.

The barista had whipped up an impressive cuppa that looked almost identical to Mr Gan himself.

This brought a smile to Mr Gan’s face as he posed for a picture of the cup while giving a thumbs-up.

There, Mr Gan received a cup of coffee with impressive latte art of his appearance, glasses and all. Latte art is known for being difficult to do consistently and requires considerable skill.
